You will provide training and coaching based on the Mentora Changemaker curriculum on Inner Mastery and Outer Impact to participants in Mentora Foundation programs.
The focus of Mentora Foundation’s training and coaching is on “inner mastery” skills (shifting mindsets, rescripting thoughts, mastering emotions, forging purpose and values, cultivating empathy and compassion, practicing mindfulness, growing from adversity, and more) and “outer impact” skills (crucial conversations, inspiring others, strategic influencing, changing others’ thinking, fostering resilience, building trust, forging connection and belonging, and more).
The audiences and contexts for these training and coaching programs will be highly diverse, from college students at top universities, enrolled in a highly selective fellowship program, to underprivileged youth and adults who are aiming to inspire change in themselves and their communities.
You will work closely with the Program Director at Mentora Foundation and other Mentora executives, trainers, and coaches to ensure the success of the Foundation’s programs.
