As Program Manager (Partnerships), you will be instrumental in driving the early success of our partnerships with changemaking organizations, such as our partnership with the CROP Organization.
You will work closely with key stakeholders at the Foundation and at partner organizations to make sure the right decisions are made, the right resources are deployed and the right actions are taken, from program concept to design, development, launch, and beyond.
In this role, you will work closely with the Program Director at Mentora Foundation and other Mentora executives, faculty, and coaches to ensure the success of the Foundation’s partnerships through the successful delivery of our changemaking programs. Our first partnership is in place, and this will be your core focus for the first six months; other partnerships will be added over time.
