Mentora Foundation is a fellowship of global changemakers committed to building a principled world by strengthening their community’s mental, moral, and social fibres, beginning with themselves.
Mentora Foundation has its roots in Mentora Institute, founded in 2011 by Hitendra Wadhwa with the mission of helping organizations evolve their Purpose, People and Performance based on the science of human potential.

What’s holding changemakers back is not a lack of access to
knowledge about what they need to do – it is the lack of a
well-structured path and community of like-minded
changemakers, along with an intrinsic commitment to begin
the journey of change from within their own self.
Here at Mentora Foundation we bring the right conditions to
those who are willing and wanting to drive change in
themselves and others, we can unleash a strong force of
positive transformation in the world. These conditions
include a well-structured path, inspiring teachers, guidance
on how to not just learn but practice and embody inner
mastery and outer impact skills, and a supportive
community of growth partners.
